We dream of nothing more than ensuring you receive your order in the shortest time possible. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 10am (LA Time) that same day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day.
Our team works hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible; however, please allow 2–3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during our sales event.

For countries outside USA the recipient becomes the importer of the item and, as such, is liable for any local duties that may be charged. Papinelle cannot be held liable for any such tariffs and we are unable to alter our invoices for this purpose.
