    Pleasant massage stone.

    I haven't used it long enough to be sure of its efficacy.

    It supposed to reduce puffiness and help lymphatic drainage and blood circulation .

    I can confirm it is pleasant to use and has a calming effect.

    Be careful not to drop it as it is breakable stone.
