The best way to find your correct size is to get the size of your daywear clothing and then check it against our chart below. We make it easy by making our garments X-Small, Small, Medium, Large or X-Large. For example if you're a Size US8 then we recommend a Medium.

The greatest thing about buying sleepwear online is that you can't go wrong with sizing if you follow this chart. Papinelle sleepwear is designed with 'easy-fit' features such as elastic waistbands or adjustable straps to ensure that they fit a majority of figure types.

If you want to double-check your size take a moment to measure yourself and then use these measurements to choose the correct Papinelle size for you.

MEASURING TIPS:

Measure the fullest part of the bust and hips. Keep the tape measure firm, but not tight and measure over your undergarment.

HOW TO MEASURE:

  • Bust: Measure around the upper body, under the armpits and over the fullest part of your bust.
  • Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist, and bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waistline.
  • Hips: measure around the fullest / widest part of your hips.

    Lovely style and fabric

    I recently received this set, and while there is a lot that I love, specifically the light area fabric and the kimono style of the road, unfortunately it runs very large. This has been a problem for me with Papinelle. I know that the silks run very small but usually when I get my size in this style, I have no problem. I had to double check the labels to make sure I wasn’t sent the wrong size. My other pet peeve is the fact that these gowns and robes all have pockets, which is a lot of extra fabric when there’s already more than enough. I would ask that at least if you’re going to have pockets in the robes, there is no need for them to be added nightgowns. Please consider eliminating the laws of fabric that serve no purpose in a nightgown other than to add bulk to the hip. Thank you very much.
